When you're married for over 8 years and have two ruggrats around, Valentine's Day isn't very romantic. Needless to say, we all exchanged our Valentines and Joe and I exchanged our gifts. I made a quick dinner as I had to take Lauren to dance at 5:30 and we didn't get home until after 7:00. Then, Joe had to pack for his trip to FL as he was leaving early in the morning the next day and we both had to get up at 3:00AM - ugh. The picture is a Valentine that Lauren did for her grandparents down in FL that Joe packed with him to give to them the next day! She was very proud of her work!
